Lew's Fresh Lake Baked Filets

Lew's Big Pike

Recipe by: Lew Horn

Prep time: I'm retired, who cares!

Serves: Don't be selFISH

Baked filets:

Place filets in a glass baking pan with enough melted butter to cover 
bottom.
Drizzle some butter op top of fish.
Sprinkle with Lowery's seasoned salt and top with slices of onion.  
Add a bay leaf if desired.
Bake at 350 until fish is no longer translucent but don't overcook.  
Time vary based on thickness of filets.
