BBQ Sauce for Ribs ARMY STYLE

10 ounces Worcestershire sauce
24 ounces Catsup
1 large onion -- chopped
1 large lemon -- zested and juiced
1 large lemon -- juiced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic
Tobasco to taste
Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
NOTE:We got this recipe years, nay, decades ago from an old Master Sergeant
in the Air Force. It has always been my favorite, so I thought I'd share
it with the rest of you. I've used it primarily on pork spare ribs and
country ribs. Makes me hungry just writing about it.
