Chinese dipping sauce

Ketchup
Sugar to taste
Hot mustard powder (Chinese)
Sesame seeds for decoration.
Put mustard powder in a small bowl (about a Ω a teaspoon)
And mix with drops of waterÖyou want a kind of thick consistency mix
well you want get work out any lumps.
In another bowl add ketchup, sugar, and hot mustard mix
Mix well.
Depending on your presentation, place red sauce in small serving bowl
put a small spoon on hot mustard on top of and to the side of red
sauce places a few sesame seeds on the other and serve.
Enjoy.
