Chow Mein

Recipe by: Dales Authentic Chinese Recipes

Prep time:

Serves:

Celery Thin sliced at slant
Carrots Diced or sliced at slant
Bean sprouts
Onion cut so each piece is square
Chopped green onions for decoration
Salt
White pepper
Garlic powder
Sugar
Cornstarch water
Chicken broth fresh or canned

You can use chicken, beef, and pork, shrimp, scallops ETC.

Place a spoon of oil in a wok or fry pan and heat. If you use uncooked meat add first and cook. Then add your vegetables and stir so they donít stick or burns add salt, pepper, sugar, and garlic powder mix well. Add a broth but not to much just enough to cover the bottom of the pan or wok cover and steam

Then add your cornstarch water to thicken mix well and serve on a bed of crunchy noodle.

Top with chopped green onions. Enjoy
