Heart Attack in a Bowl

3-4 Breaded Chopped Veal
1 Condensed Can Cream of Onion Soup
1 Condensed Can Milk
Brown the veal
Mix Soup and Milk
Pour Mixed Soup on the Meat
Simmer 12-15 minutes

Walt and I spent many days volunteering at the Franciscan Center at Lourdes College in Sylvania Ohio. He was a virtual history book on two feet. I am pretty sure he was some sort of commander in an army in a previous life!
He was the commander in the parking lot where we have had hundreds of thousands of visitors over the years. Things won’t be the same without him. The summer of 2006 was not kind to Walt and neither was the man who killed him. Walt was a victim of violence simply by being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
