Honey Glazed Chicken

Chicken pieces washed
Deep fry batter found on this web site
Flour
Egg wash
Honey
Corn starch water
Water
You can also use pork or shrimp.
Wash the chicken pieces.
Dip into egg wash then into flour and fry in wok or deep fryer.
Cook until the chicken floats and golden brown you can cut a piece to
make sure it is done.
Now in a sauce pan heat water until soft boil remove from heat add
honey. Place back on heat and add cornstarch water until desired
thickness. Do not let the sauce boil hard or you will break down the
honey. Cover chicken in the sauce and serve on a bed of shredded
lettuce.
This dish can be used as part of a combo dinner or served as the main
course. If you notice that I do not give exact measurements on most
of my recipes that is because that I cook large quantities and make
just what is needed.
Please note if you notice that your sauce has a white milky appearance
please donít worry it is just the cornstarch.
