Orange Country-Style Ribs

Recipe by: BBQGuide

Prep time: 15 min + 1:15 cooking time

Serves:

6 ounces tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. prepared mustard
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs. country style pork ribs, cut into 1-rib portions

Prepare grill. Combine all ingredients, except ribs, in a bowl. Season with pepper to taste and mix well. Place a large piece of foil over coals beneath grill to catch drippings. Place ribs on grill about 6 inches above slow coals. Close hood and cook about 20 minutes. Turn ribs and cook covered, 20 minutes more. Brush ribs with sauce and cook, covered, 25-35 minutes more or until cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with sauce.

Bless us oh lord, for these gifts which we are about to receive, from thy bounty, through Christ our Lord. Amen. Visit Hickory Works!
