Sweet & Sour Short Ribs

Pork ribs
Vinegar
Water
Sugar
Carmel color
Lemon sliced
Cornstarch water
Salt, white pepper
First cut the ribs into Ω to æ in pieces please be very careful
you will need a heavy knife or a cleaver
Now place ribs in a large pot or wok and cover with water and vinegar
and sugar add lemon slices add salt and white pepper not much just a
pinch or 2 let ribs cook until done (when meat is almost but not
falling off bone). Place in separate container. And cool
You may put these in the refrigerator and use later.
Heat ribs in pot or wok, let come to soft boil and Carmel color and
cornstarch water until desired thickness. Please do not add to much
color you only want a light to slight dark color.
Top with pineapple and enjoy.
