Zesty Barbecued Ribs

Serves: 4
6 lbs. Spareribs
2 C Catsup
1/2 C Lemon juice
1/2 C Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 T Prepared mustard
1/2 C Onion, finely chopped
1/4 C Butter or margarine
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/8 t Tabasco sauce
In a large pan, cook the ribs in boiling water 45 to 60 minutes or
until tender.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients;
simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grill or broil ribs as desired, turning and basting frequently with
sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
